I went with my family to Heart Mountain where my grandmother and her family were incarcerated during WW2. Hearing the stories from so many other Japanese American families was incredible.
I made this short film showing the place my grandmother was imprisoned but coming back with her son and grandkids to show it as a place of learning.
Learning that we can never let anything like this happen again, to anyone.
